You are the Master at Arms. You have subordinates, and your subordinates have subordinates, and you don't really feel in charge at all. Luckily, you are a Head of Staff, meaning you get to feel important while your subordinates do all the work. Enjoy!
Bare minimum requirements: Understand how to command several people. Delegate.
Your Existence
As a master at arms, you are responsible for coordinating the ship's fighters and guns. Make sure that everyone else is doing their jobs and keep communication flowing between the hangar bay and munitions bay at all times.
