Solar Government

The Solar Government, or SolGov for short is an evolution of the United Nations after the resource shortages, before the Plasma Boom.

These days SolGov is a slowly crumbling empire only held together by raw spite, but their fleets can push your shit in.

Do not piss them off.

Faction Relations

Due to being an Empire claiming to be a representative democracy only held together by raw spite, nobody likes SolGov.

Yet nobody dares to voice this opinion for fear of their technologically advanced wrath.

NanoTrasen

SolGov leadership is entirely aware of NT wanting to get out from under their thumb, and see it as a major nuisance.
As such NT is the primary backer of WhiteRapids in order to force them to waste equipment and manpower on a war of attrition.

The Tortugan's are a nuisance even smaller than NanoTrasen for SolGov.
Infact they are seen as a good thing, more things to tie down NT with.
Due to how many Tortugans specifically fled SolGov persecution, any 
supporter of SolGov should keep their mouth shut while in their territory.

Syndicate

While all of SolGov's leadership despises The Syndicate for what they did to the moon
they are right now an useful tool for tying down NanoTrasen while SolGov handles more important foes.
One day, should said important foes die. The Syndicate will likely find themselves dead within an afternoon.
