The scum of society. Those rejected by all, fighting against a system that won’t accept them. Though they are universally named, these individuals only care for themselves. Usually found in pairs of vessels, they ransack and destroy any who they come across.

The Tortuga raiders have only recently become an issue. Their exact origins are unknown though there is a strong suspicion Nanotrasen has failed to follow through with proper clone disposal policies.
They have no understanding of self preservation, utilizing tactics such as plutonium sludge rounds and boarding tactics. They fight to the bitter end with savagery, they are treated with and should continue to be treated with absolute prejudice and no mercy.

Tortuga Raiders treat all others as hostile and will be treated the same until further notice.
