A makeshift stun baton that stuns for approximately five seconds. The battery can be removed and recharged.

Requires
1 x 1 x 1 x 1x

 Make cable restraints from the cable coil.
 Use the rods on the cable restraints
 Use the wirecutters on the rods
 Use the power cell on the assembled rod.
