Whiterapids, the right arm of the Federation. They stand proud as the central commanding force managing Nanotrasen’s military operations from their fleets to crew members. They’re currently the main military force combatting and defending against the Syndicate. Each piece of Whiterapids functions like a well oiled machine to do the most with as little as possible. Whiterapids continues to prove themselves to be extraordinarily clever with resource management and tactics, always using the cutting edge of experimental technology to keep the enemy on their toes.

WhiteRapids LLC, or Whiterapids for short, is [[Central Command]]'s answer to the second syndicate war.
 
 
Armed with borrowed tech/ships from Solgov, with financing from Nanotrasen, and crew taken from every major nation of the [[Federation]], Whiterapids is the closest thing there is to an organized Federation-only navy/military.
 
 
Due to Nanotrasens incredible contributions, they have been granted effective control of Whiterapids by Central.

Whiterapids was originally founded to be the military branch of the Nanotrasen corporate conglomerate. Organizing and employing mercenary companies and voluntary civilians alike, they would train, equip, and organize all operations requested of Nanotrasen. Though as SolGov grew fearful of Nanotrasen’s unchecked power, they established a rapport with Nanotrasen and to prevent an all out Corpo/Government war, founded The Stellar Federation.

Along with the new binding title, trade agreements, a non-aggression pact, along with regulations and checks for both parties were implemented. This included joint control over Whiterapids and the founding of a new overseer for Whiterapids called Central Command. Alongside the new regulation came proper military organizational structure and branching which led to the efficient, well oiled machine Whiterapids is today.

Due to the likely possibility that NT was put up to this by Solgov, and the ''lacking'' own "navy" they have decided to go all-in, and effectively turned Whiterapids into an NT controlled navy.
 
They are mainly contributing old ship hulls, crew and incredibly large sums of money.

SolGov is the faction that formed WhiteRapids and yet gives them the least of all [[Federation]] members.
 
This is due to them not wanting to help ''too'' much, as NanoTrasen's current busyness is useful to them.
 
What SolGov does provide is technology, decommissioned ships and manpower.

Not truly invested in the war, yet willing to provide what they can in exchange for assistance with protection of their ships.
 
The Dominion provides major amounts of manpower and various advanced technologies.

The Draconic Empire is always up for a fight and are obligated to assist the [[Federation]] as much as they can.
 
They provide skilled crew, engineers for ship repairs, large amounts of material and joint operations as training opportunities

Due to NanoTrasen's massive backing of WhiteRapids, you could practically call WhiteRapids a NanoTrasen subsidiary.
 
As such relations between them are extremely good with only minor infighting due to some executives believing themselves more capable than actual admirals.
 
 
 
===[[SolGov]]===
 
 
 
Due to SolGov's interest in keeping NanoTrasen busy, they are not inclined to assist beyond the bare minimum.
 
Understandably this causes major friction between the WhiteRapids admiralty and SolGov, with the admiralty being one of the most active supporters of the Expansionists there are.
 
 
 
===[[Dominion of Light]]===
 
 
 
The Dominion truly appreciates WhiteRapids assistance when it comes to protecting their lightly armed territories, and escorting exploration and merchant vessels.
 
As such they provide a disproportionally large amount of manpower to WhiteRapids, and are willing to give technology that [[SolGov]] would rather WhiteRapids not have.

While the Empire does not need WhiteRapids assistance to protect their territory, there are still multiple Joint Task Forces between the two, to aid with doctrinal development.
 
The good relations between The Empire and [[NanoTrasen]] carry over to WhiteRapids as well.

The Tortugan's are a nuisance.
 
Every major military engagement had at least some pirate involvement,
 
Whether as salvagers after the battle, or in weakening one side before the fight to guarantee a certain border adjustment.

Though only human Admiralty is allowed in Central Command, anyone from anywher can occupy lower positions such as interns or any lower branch of Whiterapids itself such as Fleet Command or Bureau of Personnel. They will hire anyone willing, and do their best to convince the unwilling otherwise.
