Sometimes the mysterious Replica Pod will make the poor person into a half man, half plant.
History
Little is known of the Podmen, aside from the fact that they are a unintended, and uncommon, side effect of replica pods.
Gameplay
Podmen are a non-selectable alien race, players may accidently become a Podman if they are cloned from a replica pod.
They have the uniqe ability of never becoming hungry so long as they are near a light source, but they also start to starve quickly in darkness.
