This page contains a list of all radio channels and frequencies. To speak in a specific channel, you can use multiple formats - for example, to speak on the medical channel, you could type :m or .m. This page will use the colon format, but any symbol will work for any radio channel.

Radio Frequencies
Frequencies are encrypted, so to listen in on a department it's not as easy as using their frequency; you'll need a proper decryption key, which can be obtained by using a screwdriver on a headset which contains it. The AI Private channel is an exception and can be tuned into freely.
