Click your body health hud or examine yourself to get a description of your condition. If you've taken the '''self-aware''' [[quirk]] you will get a more detailed assessment of your condition.

*Bruised? That's brute damage. White and Pink first aid kits have materials to heal you.

*Blistered? That's burn damage. White and Orange first aid kits will do the trick.

*Screen getting darker and gasping for air? That's suffocation, also known as oxyloss. Blue first aid kits will have materials to treat it. They can be found in 02 lockers.

*Vomiting or not feeling well? You might have toxin damage building up, or a virus, or both. Find a green first aid kit, and maybe still go to medbay to get examined for disease.
