		+	* In most cases lowering/ raising the control rods is literally what it means to operate the stormdrive, whatever people do with the rods is up to them
		+	* Expected power output is really not relevant because of the huge amount of difference certain factors like temperature, gas composition and incompetency of the engineers can make. Sure when I'm running it on constricted plasma I like to keep it at a certain temperature which results in me making 500KW but that does not mean everyone can be expected to do the same.
