A potentially devastating weapon made from a [[Welding_Tool|welding tool]], some spare parts, and a plasma tank. It creates a stream of flame that briefly superheats the air. It has a range of about three tiles and is most effective against [[xenos|alien]] weeds, [[blob]]s and [[Space_Vines|space vines]]. Moving targets foolish enough to stay near the stream of flame will be killed within seconds, making it a powerful weapon when combined with an incapacitating weapon such as a tazer. The flame itself isn't why it is dangerous, but the heat it creates will kill blobs or other nearly invincible creatures with ease.

May simply cause masses of plasma to be spewed everywhere if the pressure settings are too high.

To build: Use [[screwdriver]] on an [[igniter]] to make it able to attach, and then use the screwdriver on a [[welder]]. Attach rods to welder to make 'flamethrower', then add the igniter to your 'flamethrower.' Finally use the screwdriver on the 'flamethrower' and finish with adding a plasma tank.
